Phase 01 — Accra Node 0.1
Summary
Solvinter Edge begins with one practical node in Accra.
The long-term vision is a network of local digital infrastructure nodes: places for work, cooling, charging, learning, making, gaming, planning and experimentation.
The first economic engine is a small workstation room where 2–4 people can perform global digital work.
Core Idea
The node is the purpose.
The workstation room is the engine.
Revenue from digital work helps finance the wider community function of the node.
Why Accra First
Accra is the first operational node because it has better access to:
- internet
- electricity
- skilled people
- logistics
- supervision
- international work opportunities
The coastal nodes remain part of the long-term vision, but their revenue models are not yet proven.
Initial Workstation Model
- 2 workstations initially
- expansion to 4 workstations if stable
- remote digital work
- AI-assisted work
- training through practice
The goal is not only income. The goal is to understand how to teach this work locally.
Wider Node Vision
- maker space
- evening gaming
- AI lab
- 3D printing
- homework support
- small business planning
- budgeting support
- local technical education
- community access to computing
Core Values
Fair access, transparent documentation and long-term local value.
A calm and dignified environment that makes people want to think, work and learn.
A physical space designed for health, focus and sustained work.
Year 1 Focus
Do not overbuild.
The first year should prove:
- A small room can be renovated affordably.
- People can work there productively.
- Remote digital work can create income.
- The node can become a repeatable model.
